雞肉吃完了後,剩下的醬汁可以拿來做干撈面,也好好味耶

材料:

雞腿肉

紅棗

杞子

當歸

調味料:

鹽少許

麻油半湯匙

豪油半湯匙

紹興酒兩湯匙

步驟:

1)雞腿肉洗干淨去油

2)紅棗杞子當歸洗一遍

3)把所有的材料和調味料放進碟裡弄均勻

4)放進冰箱裡1-3小時

5)放進鍋裡水滾了後,放進去大火蒸25分鍾,肉很Q很好吃。

Red dates

Wolfberries

Dang gui

Seasoning

A pinch of salt

Half tablespoon of sesame oil

Half tablespoon of oyster sauce

2 tablespoon of shao xing wine

Method

1. Wash the drumstick and remove fat.

2. Rinse the red dates and dang gui.

3. Mix all the ingredients and seasoning in a plate.

4. Let it marinate in the fridge for 1 - 3 hours.

5. Steam for 25 min with high heat. Served hot.
