純牛油的主要成份 ( Ingredients) :
Pasteurized cream ( 巴氏消毒過的奶油 ) , Water( 水 ) ,及 Starter Culture ( 酵母 ) 。
不同廠家,會加入少許其他材料,但,那成份例表,基本上不會很長。

人造牛油的成分:
Palm Oil(棕油) , Palm Kernel Oil(棕櫚仁油) , Milk Fat(奶油) , Milk Product(奶製品) , Salt(鹽) , Soya Lecithin(大豆卵磷脂), Contains Permitted Emulsifier(乳化劑), Flavourings(調味料) and Colouring(色素)( Beta Carotene)
要把植物油弄成塊狀,廠家會使用氫化, hydrogenated ,結果就多了Trans Fat,反式脂肪。
反式脂肪會增加人體內壞膽固醇和減少好膽固醇﹐所以﹐亦有損健康。所以在買Butter時要注意哦!
