2017年9月6日至 9月13日， 紐約時裝周2018年春夏時裝秀將拉開大幕。據美國時裝設計師協會（CFDA）發布的參展品牌日程表顯示， 此次紐約時裝周較之以往沒有特別大的變化，知名設計師品牌中，Joseph Altuzarra 和 Thom Browne 選擇將發布會地點改在巴黎，而 Tom Ford 新款將會在 9月 7日亮相。
作為美國時裝設計師協會（CFDA）合作夥伴， 設計師平台 ART HEARTS FASHION SHOW 此次承擔近30場設計師品牌發布會的組織工作，他們繼續選用紐約最標新立異的文藝場館，位於諾福克大街172號的The Angel Orensanz Center 作為發布會場地。
不少設計師披露本次設計靈感。
